At ncScale, we believe interviewing is not a one-way process, it's a matter of alignment. Each interview step is a discussion with opportunity for you to ask us lots of questions.

Here's our interview process for most roles:

  1. Screening call 30-minute video call with Margaux, our Office Manager. It will be your first contact with ncScale, you will be able to know if our vision can also be yours, what is our project.
  2. Call with you future manager 45-minute video call with you future manager. You will know more about the position you are applying to. If you have any questions about the job, this call is where you will be able to ask everything.
  3. Technical test You will then have a tech test. It is the time for you to shine and show us how great your talents are! You will debrief this test with one of the founders thereafter.
  4. Founder call 45-minute video call with Kevin, or Benoît, our founders. You will have the chance to discuss about values, missions, and visions.
